I’ve come a long way since my first wedding. 10 years, over 250 weddings was a continuous learning curve for me. Learning, evolving, adapting. Often there were more questions than answers. In the meantime, I admired my inspirational photographers, whose works simply mesmerized me. It was a gamechanger experience when I had the opportunity to attend an international wedding photographer’s workshop abroad. He was one of my icons. I can recall the childish excitement when I hopped into my car, after done with an exhausting post wedding photoshoot at Castle District, off to the hotel hundreds of kilometres away. The two intense days shed new light on the theoretical and practical fundamentals of photographing an entire wedding. Wedding photography has become a life changing journey.
